SARFT To Issue New Licenses For Internet Video Service Providers
China's State Administration of Radio Film and Television will formally publish the winners of the new online video service licenses in April.
According to No. 1 Finance Daily, about ten companies are going to obtain this license, of which three are privately-run online video service providers and the rest have state-ownership backgrounds.
